This was our first radio interview. Ironically, the interview lasted about 2 hours, but the condensed version made it down to just over 2 minutes. Still, even with all the editing, I find the interview touched on all of the important things, which is that quality education, esp. for non-traditional learners, really is more about administration than funding. All it takes to change the life of a child in a school setting is for someone in a position to make a difference to want to. I have found that when a child feels safe and loved, they are willing to work hard to impress the people who care about them, even when it is challenging for them.
