Richard Quesada, aka "Q" brings exceptional leadership and discipline to any organization that he is a part of. likely the result of more than twenty years of service in our United States Armed Forces where he taught and developed an intensive leadership course known as Survival Evasion Resistance and Escape (SERE) - more commonly referred to by the layman as prisoner of war camp. Upon retirement, Q was up for another great adventure and entered the world of public education where he excels as a Special Education teacher whose profound loyalty to his students causes him to promote full inclusion and to act as a formidable advocate as they pursue their educational careers. Honor and dignity of those he works with is the value system that Q operates on.
